A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating an information and communications construction business in the name of "C" in Gwangjin-si B, Jeonyang-si.

1. A person who intends to operate an information and communications construction business shall register with the competent Mayor/Do Governor, and shall not operate an information and communications construction business without registering it;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering the above “C” as an information and communications construction body in Jeonnam-do from February 2, 2015 to February 9, 2015, ordered installation of 3,652,00 won of the F CCTV at E High School located in Jeonyang-si D in Jeonyang-si, and ordered construction of an information and communications construction work, which is an information and communications construction work, to contract to G companies and to execute it, and operated an unregistered information and communications construction work three times in total, from that time, as shown in Nos. 1 to 3 of the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. When a certificate of registration of an information and communications construction business issued by Jeonnam-do in order to receive an information and communications construction project, the Defendant: (a) connected to an information and communications construction business issued by Jeonnam-do from November to December 201, 201, and requested the needy to issue one copy of a registration certificate of an information and communications construction business to 1.2 million won in cash; and (b) thereby proving that the Defendant was registered as above in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Information and Communications Construction Business Act, stating that “information and communications construction business registration certificate, H, and category of business registered: Information and communications construction business: C, representative: A, date of registration: September 12, 2009; and information and communications construction business: November 14, 2009; and (c) obtained the certificate of registration of an information and communications construction business with the official seal

Accordingly, the Defendant forged an information and communications construction business registration certificate in the name of Jeonnam-do Governor, an official document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with the above influence.

3. When the Defendant received CCTV construction from the above E-high school on February 2, 2015, he/she is aware of the forgery.
