A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a ecoo vehicle in C.

1. On July 25, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driving the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.144% on blood on July 25, 2015, and driving the said car in the direction of driving the first two-lanes in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in the direction of driving the car in the direction of driving in the direction

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.

2. On March 23, 201, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) provisions by being sentenced to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on March 22, 2012, a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on March 22, 201, and a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Western District Court on December 7, 2012 at the Seoul Western District Court on December 7, 2012.
