A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 9, 2020, at around 19:25, the Defendant, at the residence of the Songpa-gu Seoul building B and the victim D (n, 22 years of age) located under subparagraph C, made a threat to the victim by stating that the Defendant and his/her related person are in contact with another male. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
