A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2018, the Defendant divided approximately 4.89g and approximately 5.88g of the Mcambrophone in the U.S. sandbox on the part of the Defendant (i.e., one penphone; hereinafter referred to as “fluorphone”) into small plastic bags and vinyl bags, respectively.
