A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Criminal facts

On November 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry at the Seoul Eastern District Court on August 27, 201, and the judgment was finalized on April 19, 2014.

1. Around June 2009, the Defendant stated that “D golf course” located in Gongju-si, Ma, and F, “The victim E and F want to purchase the commercial buildings within the H complex in Y G zone in Y. At least twice the store was set off, and at least two times the store was set off, and the principal and interest shall be paid sufficiently after one year.”

However, the above G District was not established at the time of the creation of a proper development plan, and the above H commercial building was not reported on the commencement of construction, and it was in an uncertain state when the above G District was actually created, and whether the above commercial building could be actually constructed, and it was virtually impossible to purchase the above commercial building and raise more than twice profits within one year, so there was no intention or ability to refund the principal and interest within the agreed period even if it was borrowed money from the victims.

Around July 2, 2009, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims, received KRW 200 million from the victims E as the borrowed money, and received KRW 100 million from the victims F as the borrowed money on July 14, 2009, and acquired it by deceiving them.

2. The Defendant, around April 2010, completed the construction of the building near the JJ office of the Defendant’s operation of the JJ office of the Sing-si, Chungcheongnam-si, in order to prevent the victim E from building in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si.

When a commercial building is completed, 5 billion won may be punished within one year even if the commercial building is not completed.

In order to purchase a site for a building, the down payment shall be lent to another person.

It is expected to pay all the borrowed money together.

To obtain a loan of KRW 200 million in the name of L(ju) operated by the omission on the high seas as security, one of them will be used within KRW 100 million, and the remaining KRW 100 million will be paid to the party.
