Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resides in Daegu Suwon-gu B.

A person who intends to manufacture, sell, or import broadcasting and communications equipment, and machinery which obstructs electromagnetic waves or are affected by electromagnetic waves shall undergo conformity assessment of the relevant equipment in accordance with the standards for conformity assessment.

Nevertheless, the Defendant manufactured via a vial-, ample-, ample-, which is not subject to conformity assessment (conformity registration), and posted a total of 4 7,80,000 won from October 13, 2015 to September 11, 2016 on Internet site “C”.
