1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. shall be dismissed.

Reasons
1. Determination as to the claim against Defendant Oil Co., Ltd.
(a) The summary of the cause of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet.
(b) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment made by deeming the relevant provisions as private capital);
2. Determination on the claim against Defendant International Asset Trust Co., Ltd.
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a legal entity that runs trade business, such as food, etc.
B) Defendant Scenna Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Acenna”)
(C) The Defendant International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (former trade name was an international trust corporation, but its trade name was changed as of March 20, 2014; hereinafter “international asset trust”) is a corporation that runs real estate security trust, land construction business, development business, housing construction business, etc.
2) On March 25, 2011, Defendant LbC Co., Ltd and Defendant LbC entered into an investment contract (hereinafter “instant investment contract”) with DbC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “DbC”) (hereinafter “instant investment contract”).
B) The content of the instant investment contract should be paid on June 30, 201, the first day between the date of completion of the said building and December 31, 2011, and the date of completion of the said building project, as indicated in the following: (a) Defendant Ho LAC’s investment KRW 2 billion in the construction of a commercial building in the New Building in the Dobong-dong Urban Development Project Zone, which is implemented by LAWC; and (b) Defendant LAC’s investment KRW 1 billion in the said investment amount shall be paid on July 1, 201, and the amount of KRW 1 billion in the investment amount and KRW 1 billion in the investment income shall be paid on June 30, 201; (c) Defendant LAC’s sales contract is concluded on December 31, 201 and the date of completion of the said commercial building (hereinafter “instant land”).
