A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, and the Metropha is a local mental medicine.

No person other than a narcotics handler shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, deliver, receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide narcotics or psychotropic drugs.

From Jun. 1, 2017 to Jul. 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 700,000 in an unclaimed account for the use of the name unclaimed box in D, the Defendant: (b) taken the unclaimed account of KRW 700,00 in an unclaimed account from FF agricultural cooperative located in E to Jun. 1, 2017; (c) purchased the 300,000 in the total market price as shown in attached Table 160,000 in a photo of the aforementioned unclaimed account; and (d) sent the name unclaimed account to the unclaimed person in the vicinity of D, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant purchased 30,000 won in a total amount of 1 gram (200,000,000 won containing 0.5 0,000 won in each of 0.18, 2017.

2. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant who attempted to purchase Mepters shall be the National Bank of Korea using the name unclaimed boxes D, “K,” at the J Post located in Ansan-si around 14:30 on November 15, 2017.
