1. On July 10, 2016, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and was delivered KRW 48,50 to the Busan Bank Account under the name of the defendant as the price for the goods.

2. On July 16, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant against the victim E would send a historical book four tickets to the Defendant, upon deposit of KRW 28,000,00, to the victim’s home delivery cost, by visiting the victim by visiting the victim.”

However, the Defendant did not have the above medical history and did not have the intent or ability to send the books to the medical history even if he received the money from the injured party.

On July 16, 2016, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and was delivered KRW 28,000 as the price for the goods to the accountF in the name of the defendant's bank account under the name of the defendant.

3. On July 18, 2016, the Defendant against the victim G made a false statement to the effect that “A victim G puts a notice on the Internet NAV online bulletin board of the country where the victim G puts “Psh car inserted” to the victim, and that “A 80,000 won would be deposited to the victim,” and that “A franch will be sent to the victim by door-to door.”

However, in fact, the defendant does not have the above Pshing, and even if he receives money from the injured party, he or she shall have the intention or ability to send Pshing.
