Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2012, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant in Daegu Suwon-gu, drafted a statement of accusation against the Defendant, the representative director of the D Co., Ltd, using a computer, for the purpose of having the said D Co., Ltd receive criminal punishment.

The accusation note states that “(D) Aluminium which can be produced for a period of one month is less than 100 tons, and in the above factory, Aluminium has been produced in a number exceeding 100 times the number of times in that factory. At night, Skntain covers an extended number of times; how much high seas has occurred, and the factory of the above company was operated in accordance with its permission, and there was no fact that trees in the vicinity of the above factory have caused the death of the horse.”

On December 31, 2012, the Defendant received the above accusation from the Daegu Regional Environmental Office located in Suwon-gu, Daegu Regional Environmental Office by mail and made a rejection of E.
