나. 피고인은 2015. 2. 26. 오전경 위 주민센터에 술에 취한 상태로 찾아와 큰 소리로 욕설을 하고 소란을 피워 112 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관들에 의해 밖으로 나갔고, 같은 날 13:04경 다시 위 주민센터로 찾아와 주민센터 공무원들을 향해 ‘너네들이 경찰에 신고했지, 내가 계속 찾아올거야, 너희들 대갈통을 부숴버릴거야’라고 말하여 협박하고, ‘니들하고는 대화가 안 된다, 동장하고 이야기하겠다’라고 소리치며 동장실로 들어가려다가 동장실 앞 복도에 있던 위 주민센터 F에게 ‘너는 십새끼야, 뭔데 끼어들어서 지랄이야’라고 말하며 F의 팔을 잡아끌어 폭행하고, 이를 제지하는 위 E의 몸을 잡아 바닥에 넘어뜨려 폭행하였다.
