1. On July 4, 2018, from around 18:00 to July 01:48, 2018, the Defendant driven an E C63 AMG car without a car driver’s license so that he/she can go to the section of about 10 km from the Gwangju Southern-gu Seoul Southern-dong, and the front roads in Gwangju Seo-gu, such as D, located in Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, without a car driver’s license.
2.
