Punishment of the crime

A person who acts as a member of an organization referred to in the name of "Singing" assumes phone calls to an unspecified number of victims, and leads the victims to withdraw cash and deliver cash to a cash collection book, mediates cash collection book, and informs the collection book of the place where cash is to be collected.
