Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2014 High-Scale 1879" is the person who operates a small farm and a dried farm in Gwangju-si B (area: 3,021 square meters, land category: previous) located in Gwangju-si. A person who discharges livestock excreta shall not engage in any act that discharges or is likely to discharges livestock excreta to public waters under the Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystem Conservation Act, and a person who intends to install waste-generating facilities exceeding the scale prescribed by Presidential Decree shall report to the Mayor, as prescribed by Ordinance

Nevertheless, the Defendant raised 32 mari and 150 maris in the above address, and operated the cattle and the breeding facility without reporting despite the fact that the livestock excreta generated by raising 32 maris and 150 maris in the above address falls under the area subject to legal reporting, and the area of the breeding facility is 330 m2 and 86.4 m2.

The Defendant had livestock of KRW 1100,000,000,000 in the market price of the 15-marine, 3-marine, 2-marine, 8-marine, 150-marine, etc. at a farm operated by the Defendant in Gwangju-si, the Defendant had livestock of KRW 15,00,000 in the market price of the 1.1 million.

D, upon delegation from creditors E, seized the said livestock at the above Defendant’s farm on July 3, 2014, based on the original copy of the provisional seizure order for corporeal movables (2010dan44392), and attached a seizure mark to the farm.

On September 3, 2014, the Defendant received and transferred 120 marigrams, 11-mari, 3-mari, 1-mari, 1-mari, and 8 marigrams from among the livestock provisionally seized at the above farm, to F on September 3, 2014, after receiving 46 million won from the consignment sale by the fisheries cooperatives of Suwonsung and Busan Livestock Industry.

Accordingly, the defendant has harmed the utility of the attachment that public officials performed in relation to their duties by other means.
