Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) applied for a conversation with the victim’s Pakaox to the victim’s Pakaox (hereinafter “Paly 12 years old”); (b) discovered the victim’s mobile phone number while holding the victim’s cell phone; and (c) sent the victim a photograph of a paper containing women’s and the victim’s mobile phone numbers to the victim; and (d) by threatening the victim “I will spread this photograph on the Internet if I do not show the brogate”; and (e) by threatening the victim to “I will spread this photograph on the Internet”, the Defendant had the fast victim take the clothes by transmitting the Defendant’s cell phone images to the Defendant’s mobile phone.

The reason for sentencing under Article 324 of the Criminal Code of the relevant criminal facts lies in the following facts: (a) the Defendant discovered the phone number of the victim who is a juvenile; (b) sent pictures showing the name and telephone number of the victim’s cell phone to the victim’s cell phone to the victim to threaten him/her to spread them to his/her friendship; and (c) made the victim perform an act for which he/she is not obligated to do as stated in the facts of the crime; and (d) particularly, the Defendant committed the Defendant’s crime, such as having been threatened by the Defendant as he/she was a juvenile, such as the victim, and having taken the same photograph as the victim.
In addition, considering the fact that the defendant threatened and committed a crime against the juveniles who have not been mentally mature, and the fact that a person who suffered damage from the defendant seems to reach a considerable number of persons other than the victim in this case, the nature of the crime and the circumstances cannot be deemed to be light, and thus, a punishment heavier than that of the defendant is necessary.
However, the defendant has no criminal history.
