Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On June 1, 2011, at around 01:05, the Defendant was unable to avoid a disturbance under the influence of alcohol at the convenience store C located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
