A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the assaults against P and Q is prosecuted.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant discovered that the victim R (Nam, 20 years of age) and the victim S (Nam, and 20 years of age) are attached with the apartment sale franchise card before the strike in the Song-dong, Gwangju, Gwangju, and presented a transport environment supervisor identification card to the victims; and (b) controlled the attachment of the franchise card, the Defendant was a head of the Ministry of Environment belonging to the Gwangju, Gwangju, Police Station; (c) on a food basis, at around five times the vessels of the above S, the Defendant added the oil to the Defendant’s automobile and did not put the oil to the victims at a time, and (d) did not put the victims into the oil, and (e) did not put them into the oil to the victims into the disadvantage.

However, the Defendant was unable to get out of the entrance door due to the fact that the victim W (n, 5 years of age) was unable to pay the money.
