1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The mediation and judgment between the plaintiff and C and D 1) D are as follows: D is as follows: Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, and 35 Dong 302 (hereinafter "the real estate in this case").

(1) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming the transfer of ownership (Seoul District Court 2005Gahap17125) against C, who is the owner in the name of the registration and the Plaintiff’s female student, and C filed a lawsuit claiming the lease deposit (Seoul District Court 2006Gahap6443) as a counterclaim. On July 9, 2007, the appellate court filed a lawsuit claiming the lease deposit (Seoul District Court 2006Na84203), which is the Seoul High Court 206Na84203 (principal lawsuit), and 2006Na84210 (Counterclaim) (hereinafter “instant conciliation”).

The Plaintiff and C received 346,00,000 won from D until November 30, 2007 and received 346,00,000 won from D, (1) completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real property under D, (2) made the instant real property under D, and (3) cancelled the registration of ownership transfer for multi-household 101 and 201 located in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, the Plaintiff’s husband, and (4) returned all of the households owned in the instant real property as of July 9, 2007. 2.

(2) As of December 1, 2007, D accepts it as of December 1, 2007, and after December 1, 2007, D bears the burden of D. 2) However, D did not perform its duty under the instant conciliation, and the Plaintiff and C filed a lawsuit against D against D for compensation under the Incheon District Court 201Gahap9227. On August 10, 2011, the said court accepted the application procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real estate from C, and simultaneously received the instant real estate from Plaintiff and C from the Plaintiff and C, as of July 346, 2000.
