1. The Defendant’s decision on January 7, 2015 against the Plaintiff is revoked.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
On April 1, 1980, the Plaintiff entered the Air Force and was discharged from military service on October 1, 1980, and was discharged from military service on October 31, 2013.
On March 21, 201, the Plaintiff, as the head of the Transport Support Team of the Air Force Headquarters, discovered that the equipment inspection on the forkn (6,00 Lb, hereinafter “the forkn”) was being carried out on March 21, 201, and that the forknating engine errors and hydrotensions were being carried out in the above forknating vehicles, and confirmed the forknating part of the forknating vehicle with other forkn (1,000 Lb).

(hereinafter “instant accident.” The Plaintiff received a culptic surgery on the right edge of the instant accident due to culverization, but received the Plaintiff’s 2, 4, and 5 culptive surgery on the ground that the culatory culpt was dulged, and the Plaintiff was discharged from the military.
The Plaintiff filed an application for registration of persons of distinguished services to the State on the ground that the instant accident constituted a soldier or policeman on duty prescribed in Article 4(1)6 of the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Services to the State (hereinafter “Act on Persons of Distinguished Services to the State”), on the ground that: (a) the Plaintiff suffered injury, such as damage to the voltage of the right side; (b) 1, 3, 4, and 5 sacrifies to the right side; and (c) 2, 3-2, and 4-2, and 3-2, and
On May 20, 2014, based on the result of the 116 Veterans' Council on May 20, 2014, the Defendant deemed that the Plaintiff was injured during ordinary work and did not constitute a person of distinguished service to the State under Article 4(1)6 of the Act on Persons of Distinguished Service to the State, but is prescribed by Article 2(1)2 of the Act on Support for Persons of Distinguished Service to the State (hereinafter "Act on Persons of Distinguished Service to the State").
