1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The facts based on the facts are the parties established under Article 8 of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea and the Political Parties Act, regardless of whether it was before or after the change of name, the status of the parties to the case was changed from the “K Political Party” to the “J Party” by Defendant J Party (hereinafter “Defendant J Party”).

Plaintiff

A was a person who filed an application for registration of a candidate with respect to a special election for the L market implemented on April 13, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “instant election”). The rest of the Plaintiffs except Plaintiff G was a party member of Defendant J Party at the time of the competition of the instant election (hereinafter referred to as “instant public opinion poll”).

The Gongcheon-do Committee for the Management of the Gongcheon-do Party (hereinafter referred to as the “Management Committee of the instant case”) of Defendant Jacheon-do Party (hereinafter referred to as the “Management Committee”) held the sixth session on February 26, 2016 in order to select Defendant Jail-Do candidates for the instant election, and set forth the following:

The official election management committee of this case shall select a candidate (five persons) to notify the following matters to the preliminary candidates including Plaintiff A and answer whether to participate in the competition (hereinafter “instant official election”): M, Plaintiff A, N,O, P (Ga) - 30% national opinion polls 70% of the party members’ telephone investigation - the primary competition shall be conducted for all registered candidates as a competition candidate, and the primary competition shall be conducted for all the first and second competition candidates who are registered as a competition candidate; - even if the rate of the support of the first candidate in the first and second competition candidates is more than 10% as a result of the first competition, and even if the difference between the first and second candidates is more than 10%, additional points for the candidate to be granted to the candidate who is to conduct the competition: M, N,O - 10% of the support rate that the candidate obtained (the same competition agreement shall apply to the same competition agreement);
