Criminal facts

The defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") are sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on March 29, 201 by imprisonment with prison labor for an indecent act by force at the Chuncheon District Court on March 29, 201.

In light of the tendency of committing sexual crimes on two or more occasions, the Defendant is highly likely to repeat multiple unspecified women in a place where the public is concentrated in the future, in view of the tendency of partially denying past records, crimes, and gender-sensitive distortions to reduce criminal facts.
