A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Each status C of the Defendant, etc. is a person who, under Chinese nationality, lends money for gambling to those who gamble in Korea, and plays a role of “tts” in return for money by confinement or intimidation of the debtor.

D is a person who, with Chinese nationality, introduces a person in need of gambling funds from a casino in Korea to C and receives money from the said person.

The Defendant, with Chinese nationality, is a person who receives a certain fee from D in the casino in Korea (hereinafter referred to as “later”) and plays a role of “lick” in collecting money from D and debtors.

2. Criminal facts;

(a) No person who has collected claims in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act shall assault, threaten, arrest or detain the debtor or his/her related persons in connection with the collection of claims, or use force against him/her;

The Defendant and C and D agreed to collect a claim by using force against those who use a casino, and C lent money to those who need gambling funds as one "tts", and the Defendant and D, upon C's instruction, intended to use the said debtor's detention, intimidation, or force to collect the claim.

around 01:00 on February 19, 2017, the Defendant and C and D agreed to lend KRW 5,00,000 to the Defendant and C and the victim G introduced by D, with gambling funds, KRW 4,000,000,000,000 after deducting one million from the prior interest. The Defendant and D were instructed by C to “I”, and from around 03:0 on February 19, 2017 to 24:00 on February 21, 2017, they were going to the above G at the residence, etc. of the victim G located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and the victim G in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and detained them for three days for the purpose of securing the above G passport.
