1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to the Defendant A’s KRW 33,980,671 and KRW 31,522,590 among them, from April 9, 1998 to October 31, 1998.

Comprehensively taking account of the following facts: (a) the H Fund (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) shall file a lawsuit claiming reimbursement against the Defendant A, the heir of the network C, and the designated parties, with the Seoul Central District Court 2009dan5426, and (b) on September 1, 209, the Defendant A shall have received 33,980,671 and 31,52,590 won per annum from April 9, 1998 to October 31, 1998; (b) the Plaintiff shall have received 25% interest per annum from the 200% interest per annum from the following day to October 31, 1998; and (c) the Plaintiff shall have received 9% interest per annum from the 196% interest per annum from the 90th day after the date of complete payment; and (d) the designated parties shall have received 9% interest per annum from the 197th day after the date of full payment.

2. Determination:

A. According to the above facts, Defendant A’s 25% per annum from April 9, 1998 to October 31, 1998; 20% per annum from the next day to September 30, 2015; and 15% per annum from the next day to May 31, 2019 as the Plaintiff seeks.
