A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the same kind of the victim B (the age of 43).

On September 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) while making a verbal dispute with the victim at the Defendant’s residence located in Jeju City around 01:33 on September 28, 2019, the Defendant: (b) taken the face of the victim as drinking; (c) taken the patient as a dangerous object; and (d) took the head of the victim, and inflicted an injury on the victim, i.e., on the right side of the victim, where the victim’s head needs to be treated for about three weeks.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
