C Co-Defendant C was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10,00,000 on June 20, 2017.
The Defendant is a organized violence of the “speak-gu distribution” that is engaged in activities in the Seocho-gu area, and the Defendant is a person who is engaged in the manship business in Gwangju-do.
On July 2016, the Defendant and C subscribed to receive insurance money from the insurance company by intentionally causing traffic accidents in the cafeteria near South Masan-si, Sungnam-si, and by exaggerationing damage.
On August 4, 2016, at around 09:41, the Defendant and C intentionally moved along two laness in front of the Jinwon-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and the Defendant intentionally brought about a two-lane change in the two-lanes.
