1. Larceny;
A. On December 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the Gwangju Northern-gu B parking lot on December 4, 2018; (b) opened a cell phone board in the victim C’s DK7 car located therein; and entered the car into the car; and (c) cut off with one set of 200,000 won, the victim’s market price being kept in the said car, which is the victim’s possession, at the level of KRW 30,000,00,000, 1 mother and son’s son’s age at the age of KRW 30,000,00,000; and (d) stolen them.
B. On December 5, 2018, the Defendant, around 01:00 on December 5, 2018, opened a door that was parked at the Seo-gu E Apartment F, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, with no locking of the victim G G, and entered into the door, and cut off the door with one white cover of the market value equivalent to KRW 50,000,000,000 in the market value of the victim, which was kept in the said car.
2. On December 7, 2018, at around 00:50, the Defendant suffered from robbery: (a) around the 00:50, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant: (b) considered that the Defendant was parked in the area, and did not have any contact with the victim JJ, and (c) considered that the door is not unlocked inside the vehicle, and had the intent to steal the goods kept into the said vehicle into the said vehicle; (d) opened a car driving seat and carried it into the said site.
