A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 3, 2016, around 00:24, the Defendant, at D main points located in Asan City C, was a horse dispute with the victim E (48 years of age) and F, and the victim was dispatched after receiving a report 112, and the victim went home and returned from the above main points.
At around 01:10 on the same day, the Defendant found the victim who had been returned home again as the above main point, and the victim “picked.”
