Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the company ‘‘(E) in the window D of Changwon-si, and is in close relation with the victim F’s insurance designer, part of G branches working for the victim F, and is not well known to the victim.

At around 09:30 on April 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the insurance contract of the customer J with the victim employed in Samsung Bio-gu, Sungwon-si; and (b) concluded the contract on behalf of the victim, such as destroying the insurance contract of the victim's team; and (c) destroyed the insurance contract he handled by the victim in an unfair manner; and (d) added it to K's performance; (b) the Defendant entered into the contract at the location of G branch L, employees M, N, etc., on the following grounds: (a) the J C C C customer entered into the contract at the time of Samsung Bio-si, Changwon-si; (b) the Defendant took the phone call; and (c) 1) the Defendant took the contract at the time of his own end, and (d) the f (hereinafter referred to as the "victim") took the f (hereinafter referred to as the "victim"), thereby making it difficult for the victim to enter it in the future.

(A) D&C had been aware of the time when K&C intended to receive the contract, and it had been talked that K&C initially entered the contract, and as I&C had been in its own team, there was apprehension that K&C had been influencies, and the talked that K&C entered ear with the draft of Samsung F&P.
