Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution due to intimidation and interference with business by the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 27, 2017.

On July 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 27, 2017.

The Defendant is a customer of “D cafeteria” operated by the victim C (n, 70 years of age).

On September 30, 2016, on the ground that the Defendant did not cause damage to the beer within the D cafeteria located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant expressed the victim’s disturbance, such as her b, her b, “the same bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of bit of 150,00,000 at the market price in the restaurant, and interfered with the victim’s restaurant business for about one hour by force.
