A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "200 Highest 1928" shall transfer any means of access for electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, around October 2019, the Defendant accepted the proposal that “the Defendant opened, transferred, and received the loan’s corporate account” from the name in which the Defendant reported and contacted the advertisement of the lending company in the Daegu or does not exceed Daegu, and accepted it, and opened the B Bank account in the name of C (D) and B Bank Account in the name of C (F) and the name in the name of B Bank in the name of B Bank Business Department located in the Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu, and sent two passbooks connected to each of the above accounts to Kwikset, and notified the password by telephone.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access for electronic financial transactions.

No person of "2020 order 2493" shall transfer any means of access for electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, around October 2019, the Defendant accepted the proposal that “a loan was opened and transferred to the corporate account,” from the person under whose name the Defendant reported and contacted the loan advertisement in the name of the Daegu or does not exceed Daegu, and accepted it on February 12, 2020. On February 12, 2020, the Plaintiff opened the Bbank account in the name of the C Bank Business Department in the Daegu-gu B Bank Business Department in the name of the C Bank in the name of the Daegu-gu, Daegu, and sent the passbook and the C Card connected to the said account to the name defecter via Kwikkset Service.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access for electronic financial transactions.
