1.The judgment of the first instance, including a claim extended and reduced in the trial, shall be modified as follows:

The plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer who has entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to the A-to-Wed Automobile (hereinafter “Plaintiff-Wed Automobile”). Defendant Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung Fire”) is an insurer who entered into an automobile insurance contract with respect to B-Wed Cargo (hereinafter “Defendant 1”). Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire and Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hyundai Sea”) is an insurer who entered into each automobile insurance contract with respect to the C-Wed Vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant 2”).

B. On July 17, 2015, around 12:28, 2015, the second line road of the E in front of the official city D was driven by the Plaintiff, driving the Plaintiff, driving the vehicle on the same line as the same official air space protection area in Daejeon, and G driving the Defendant 1 vehicle, and driving the two lanes.

다. 원고 차량을 운전하던 F는 위 일시경 위 1차로를 110~120km/h 정도로 진행하여 피고 1차량을 추월한 다음 2차로를 진행하던 피고 1차량 앞으로 차선을 변경한 직후, 속도를 약 52km/h 정도로 갑자기 줄였고, 이에 피고 1차량을 운전하던 G은 속도를 줄이는 원고 차량을 발견하고 피고 1차량의 속도를 줄였으나, 원고 차량을 피하지 못하고 피고1 차량의 앞범퍼 부분으로 원고 차량의 뒤범퍼 부분을 충격하였으며, 그 충격으로 원고 차량이 우측으로 튕겨 나가 우측 갓길에 서 있던 H과 우측 갓길에 주차된 피고 2차량을 차례로 충격하고 멈춰 섰고, 그로 인하여 H(이하 ‘망인’이라 한다)이 사망하였다

On September 1, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 6,010,000 for the total loss of Plaintiff’s vehicle to F. On June 8, 2016, the Plaintiff paid KRW 125,782,440 to the bereaved family members of the Deceased for the instant accident.
