Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 2019, the defendant was introduced as the victim D after the university of the related party C (son) who performs the same work in the delivery restaurant operated by the defendant in Busan Jin-gu, Busan.
For the last three months, C and the victim have developed into a personal relationship, and the defendant became aware of the fact. On December 1, 2019, C and the victim became aware of the rights of the defendant.
1. At around 11:15 on December 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) knew that he had knowledge of his children and the victim’s future rights at a place where the location is unknown; (b) thereby damaging the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by publicly stating the following facts: (c) the Defendant: (a) in the absence of any fact that the victim had the right to be fright; (d) the F middle school building G from the fourth floor in Seo-gu, Western-gu, Western-gu; and (e) the Defendant called “D weather period has changed; and (e) the passage of the head of the Sinan-gu; (e) the passage of the head of the Sinan-gu.”
2. On the other hand, the Defendant continued to return the phone to the third floor office where the victim was receiving the said phone, and thereby, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “D is changed,” notwithstanding the fact that the said middle school teacher H did not have the right to go to the left.
3. On December 13, 2019, at a place where a location is unknown, the Defendant: (a) sent a phone to the school building I from the first floor of the F Middle School in question at a place where the location is unknown; and (b) even though the victim did not have any fact that he/she left the school, the fact is about how much he/she suffered from damage due to D, and is about how he/she left the school, whether he/she was born, and whether he/she was born. The Defendant is the Office of Education and the press, and will spread to the public.
