Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From July 1, 201 to May 31, 2013, the Defendant is an employee in charge of sales at the victim Pu E branch, a company manufacturing and selling meat in Gwangju Northern-gu, who is a business entity manufacturing and selling meat, who is engaged in the business of concluding a transaction with the business entity, selling meat, and receiving gold.
On July 13, 2011, the Defendant: (a) collected 2,000,000 won from G operating a F agency at F agency at the F agency E branch of the said Victim Pure Co., Ltd. as the price for meat sales from 30 customers; and (b) withdrawn 200,600 won from the said Victim’s Cash Payment Period for the said Victim’s Income on July 15, 201; and (c) consumed it for personal purposes, such as entertainment and living expenses, from the daily source in Gwangju City.
In addition, from around that time to May 10, 2013, the Defendant embezzled total of KRW 229,233,455 for personal use in the same way, such as: (a) gold sales proceeds are collected from customers as indicated in the separate crime list; (b) and (c) loan money to entertainment expenses, living expenses, vehicle purchase installments, and H, etc. for the said victims on a total of 283 occasions at the seat of Gwangju City, while keeping in business for the said victims.
