1. The Defendant, as the case may be, shall:

Plaintiff

A For a corporation, I would like to allow the 755 square meters of land in the wife population at the time of the above plaintiff's permission.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. B. The land before subdivision was divided into Q and 14 lots (hereinafter “land after subdivision”). The owner of the land before subdivision completed the registration transfer of ownership as to the said land (such as a building permit (permission number: H), building permit (permission number: H), building permit (permission number: K), and building permit (permission number: 876m2) for G forest and 249m2) with respect to the said land after subdivision, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the J forest and 876m2 from among the land after subdivision. The Plaintiff Company A completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the land owned by J forest and 876m2 from among the owners of the land before subdivision. The Plaintiff Company completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the land D75m2 and G forest and 249m2 from among the land after subdivision.

C. The owners of land before subdivision agreed to construct a road on each of the above land by sharing the land 418 square meters and 115 square meters of I forest land among the land after subdivision. As to the shares of 55,813,798,435/106,652,90,000 square meters of F forest land among 115 square meters, the Defendant completed each registration of ownership transfer with respect to the shares of 56,126,893,493,493/1,106,652,90,000 square meters of I forest land among 418 square meters of land.

However, there is a dispute over the share of the cost of access road construction and civil engineering works between the landowners after the division, and the landowners after the division, including the plaintiffs and the defendant, are access road construction works on July 1, 2015.
