Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of Korea’s Joint and Several Offices for Autonomous Unification and Democracy.

No person shall hold an outdoor assembly or stage an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of an office building or a home of a foreign diplomatic office or a diplomatic establishment in the Republic of Korea.

Nevertheless, the Defendant planned to carry out a damp demonstration under the name of "the U.S. Embassy launch" in front of the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Korea located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, 188, and then C and the Defendant “U.S. armed forces with the same flaz”
