The Defendant, from August 7, 2015 to October 10 of the same month, operated a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name, “C” in heading 1211 and 1430, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel 121 and 1430, received KRW 150,00 from unspecified male customers who reported and contacted with the Internet amusement information site, and had them do sexual intercourse with the above male customers.
