A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on September 27, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on February 15, 2014.

1. L4.5 tons at the section of about 400 meters to the NN in M via Q as referred to in paragraphs (3) of this Article.
