1. The Defendants are with respect to each one-fourth share among the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 4.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The network E (hereinafter “the network”) completed the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 from January 23, 1949 to December 29, 1980. The real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4 is actually purchased from F as the owner, but the ownership transfer registration was not completed.
B. The Plaintiff received each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 5 from the Deceased around 2007. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the former Act on the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 7500, May 26, 2005; hereinafter “former Act on the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate”); on the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4 as of August 22, 2007, based on the sale on April 7, 1994; and on each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 5 as of March 18, 2008, based on the sale on April 6, 1994.
(hereinafter referred to as “each real estate of this case” in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 4.
On April 12, 1993, the Plaintiff was a legally married couple who completed the marriage report with G. On March 23, 2017, G filed a lawsuit claiming divorce and consolation money, asserting that “G and the Plaintiff are divorced. The Plaintiff performed to G the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on the division of property on the date the judgment of the instant case became final and conclusive, and paid KRW 250 million as the division of property on the date the judgment of the instant case became final and conclusive.”

The Deceased completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 7, 2017, based on the donations made on April 6, 2017, No. 8460, the Gwangju District Court’s receipt of support for the Maritime Court for the real estate in this case and No. 5 in the separate list No. 5.
