Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 31, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on October 22, 2012, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime at the same court on October 22, 2012, and on June 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for the same crime at the same court on October 25, 2018 and two years of suspension of execution.

On February 1, 2020, at around 01:23, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a car in F SP area under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.057% alcohol concentration in the front of the E management office located in D on the road located in E Management Office located in Hadong-gun B.

On April 15, 2020, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on April 15, 2020, driven a FS-type car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.110% at a section of about 10km prior to the 2723rd Cam of the same military road, as the fS-type car in front of the Hadong-gun G store, without obtaining a driver’s license.
