Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of a passenger car B i30.

When the driver of any motor vehicle intends to change course of a motor vehicle and is likely to impede the normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which he/she intends to change, he/she shall not change his/her course and shall not drive any motor vehicle in distress that threatens or causes danger or injury to other persons continuously or repeatedly.

Nevertheless, the defendant, while driving the above vehicle at the jun-dong jun-dong (Songyang-gu) drive on March 8, 2016 and driving it on the two-lanes at the jun-dong jun-dong (Songyang-gu), the defendant changed the vehicle to three-lanes in the shape of the victim C (29 years old) driver's driving on the right side of the defendant's vehicle. However, while the victim is driving it on the three-lanes, he did not turn on the direction direction, he changed the vehicle to three-lanes in the direction of the right side of the victim's vehicle to avoid the defendant's vehicle and proceeded on the way of the driver's vehicle, and changed the direction again, he changed the tron-way line in the direction to the right side of the victim's vehicle to turn to the right side. However, the defendant violated the signal at the intersection and turned to the left.

As a result, the Defendant continued to commit an act of violating the prohibition of career change, thereby posing a threat to the victim.
