Criminal facts

1. On September 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around September 23:15, 2018, around the residence of a neighboring victim C (Nam, South and 46 years of age) who is located in the Seoul Western-gu B; (b) during the process of expressing dissatisfactions due to the opening and height of the Defendant raised by ordinary citizens, the Defendant, who caused the damage to the property, was satisfying the victim’s entrance glass of the victim’s residence.

2. On September 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to police officers, such as: (b) on the road in front of the dwelling place of C as indicated in paragraph (1); (c) on the grounds that the Defendant’s act, such as paragraph (1) was reported and sent to 112; (d) the security guards, slopeF, and police patrol vehicles: (e) the police officers assigned to the Seoul Central Library Police Station Dox; and (e) the police officers were found to have conducted patrol vehicles; (e) the police officers could stop in front of the patrol; and (e) the police officers could take part of the patrol seat; and (e) the police officers could take part of the driver seat with his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to 112 reported handling duties.

3. 경범죄처벌법위반 피고인은 2018. 9. 30. 23:40경 제1, 2항의 행위로 인하여 현행범인 체포되어 서울 중랑구 H에 있는 서울중랑경찰서 D파출소로 신병이 인치되자, 술에 취하여 그곳 경찰관들에게 “야, 이 좆만 한 새끼들이 간땡이가 쳐 부었지, 자신 있나, 내가 너 얼굴 기억해 놓는다.”고 욕을 하고 발로 파출소 테이블을 수회 찼다.
