A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C(n, 46 years of age) and the couple, and the victim thought that the victim is in a non-humanity relationship D with his workplace, and the victim and D were in a restaurant.

On August 16, 2015, at around 23:10, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim and D about what relation to the F restaurant located in Busan City E; (b) let the victim get off the head part of the victim one time as an empty beer disease, which is a dangerous object on the table of the table; (c) let the victim get off the part of the body of the victim one time as another beer disease, which is continuously dangerous object; and (d) caused the victim’s losses by gathering a strawer, etc., leading the victim to inflict bodily injury, such as an open body, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

The Defendant, while carrying beer disease, who is a dangerous object, inflicted an injury on the victim.
