[Criminal Power] On September 21, 2012, the Defendant was released from Daejeon Prison on April 30, 2013 and the parole period expired on June 4, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant interferes with his duties;

A. On October 12, 2013, in the “Eart” operated by the victim D in Daejeon U.S. Seo-gu Daejeon U.S. on or around October 12, 2013, purchasing alcohol and algorith, taking a large voice without any justifiable reason, and passing a noise, thereby obstructing the victim’s business operation by force;

B. On October 12, 2013, the victim G, operated by the victim G, located in the Daejeon U.S. F around October 12, 2013, interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force by keeping the tables in hand without any particular reason, bringing them into large interest, and lying them on a chair.

C. On November 14, 2013, at the “K cafeteria” operated by the Victim J, which was located in the Daejeon Sung-gu, Daejeon, the victim J on November 14, 2013: (a) interfere with the victim J’s restaurant business by force for about one hour, by putting the victim J into a large voice on the floor and continuing sound; (b)

D. From March 2014 to April 2014, at the “Ncafeteria” operated by the victim M in Seo-gu Daejeon L, without any particular reason, the victim’s restaurant business operation interferes with the victim’s restaurant business by force by taking the victim’s failure into force.

E. On March 21, 2014, at the early 21:00, the victim P, working for the Seo-gu Daejeon P, Seo-gu, Daejeon, interfered with the victim P’s restaurant business operation by force, such as changing buttts within the door door and taking a bath for about 15 minutes, etc.

F. On August 27, 2014, around 02:36, at the “T” restaurant operated by the victim S, in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, the victim was forced to leave 15 minutes of his/her failure by force, i.e., going to the large interest of customers.
