Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of road traffic law in the support of the Chungcheong District Court, and on May 1, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor due to the same crime in the same court and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chungcheong House on January 25, 2016.

On June 30, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant driven CY under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.137% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the adjacent roads of Samsung Middle School located in Samsung-gun, Samsung-gun, Samsung-gun, 39, and from around 300 meters, to the adjacent roads of the Saemaeul Fridong, 58, the same side-ro 58, the Defendant driven CY without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has not been covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance at the date, time, and place of the 1-A, B-B.
