1. The Defendant: 12,00,000 each of the Plaintiffs, and 5% per annum from December 1, 2013 to January 11, 2017, respectively, shall be applicable to the Plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. C (hereinafter referred to as the “Death”) is a person who died from hospitalization at the Hanyang University Hospital located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul from November 19, 2013 to December 1, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”). The Plaintiffs are co-inheritors of the Deceased’s children, and the Defendant is the employer of the Defendant Hospital’s medical staff, who is a juristic person operating the Defendant Hospital.

B. From November 28, 2013, the deceased had the urine boomed with the urology. The meals after the instant surgery have been performed by the Plaintiffs who had been in the care of the deceased.

E. From November 28, 2013 to November 29, 2013, the Deceased had symptoms of island nets even though there were no specific problems after the vizantation, such as physical temperature, beer, absorption, and blood pressure. From November 29, 2013 to November 29, 2013, the Deceased showed that there was a girical state with no focus on snow.

F. On November 30, 2013, the Deceased is hicker around 09:00.
