1. Basic facts

A. A. On October 16, 2001, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the Korea Water Resources Corporation for the members of Ansan-si (D) and 2,054 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). On November 21, 2003, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the Korea Water Resources Corporation for the construction project under the construction contract for the DB market site (DB market site) and the construction contract for the D market site (share method) with E as follows:

C (DB market site) A (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and E (hereinafter referred to as “B”) (hereinafter referred to as “B”) to determine matters necessary for the construction project of the D market site following the written promise for construction project by the joint project owner of the D (DB market site) shall mutually agree as follows and separately agreed as the terms of the D market site construction project, and shall prepare two copies of this contract to verify the agreement and keep one copy after signing and sealing it with “A”, respectively.

1. Project name: Construction work for Ansan-si Member C (DB) in the area of Ansan-si;

2. Location of business: The members of Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-do;

3. Area of business: 622.95 square meters (2059.1987 square meters);

4. Details of the project: Construction of new construction facilities approved by the competent local government;

5. Business method: A method of payment in kind for commercial buildings and accessory and welfare facilities for the land owned by A; and

6. Period: Six months from the date of commencement.

7. A and B shall comply with the regulations and rules set forth in the Enforcement Decree, the Enforcement Rule, the Construction Standards, etc., the Regulations on Commercial Building Supply, the Regulations on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings, and other relevant Acts and subordinate statutes and the regulations of the Association, and shall implement this contract in accordance with mutual faith and good faith so that the relevant building project can be successfully completed.

D The purpose of this contract is to ensure the successful completion of the above building project by prescribing the status, rights, obligations, etc. of A and B with respect to the construction project under the construction contract for the building project for the building project for the building site in Ansan-si (DB market site) in Gyeonggi-do.
