Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend any access medium used in electronic financial transactions while receiving, demanding or promising any consideration therefor.

Nevertheless, the defendant, on June 11, 2017, posted a letter "Stop" on the Internet site C and 202 "Stop" column at the defendant's office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and 202, and accepted a proposal that "I will make 50,000 won per day on the face of the lending of the account," and accepted it as a proposal that "I will make 338,000 won per day on the face of the lending of the account," and then, in keeping a subway number in the same day, I would like to receive the company bank account in the name of the defendant, the bank account (D), and 2 head of the C to the bank account, and 150,000 won per 15,000 won per account, each connected to the bank account (E).

Accordingly, the defendant lent access media used in electronic financial transactions while receiving or promising compensation from a person who is not his/her name.
