Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that the identity of the facts charged is recognized and the defendant does not materially disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, the contents of the written indictment are partly modified and recognized as criminal facts.
1. On January 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim D (one name, two-six years of age) who reported a mixed film in the movie theater around 00:19; (b) discovered the victim D (one name, two-six years of age) who reported the motion picture in the movie theater in the Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (c) entered the C-ju business place managed by a person whose name is unknown in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (d) did not purchase the motion picture list; and (b) went back to the 7th floor of the film theater without purchasing the screen screen; and (b) went back to the 7th floor; and (c) discovered the victim D (one name, two-six years of age) who reported the mixed film in the movie theater 2; and (d) brought the victim's door to the victim's side kiding the victim's door.
Then, the Defendant covered his body with a bucker, which was suffering around 00:40 on the same day, covered his body outside of the gun, and opened up his hand outside of the gun, and opened the seat bucks between the Defendant and the victim, left the body of the victim on the floor, opened the body of the victim on the floor, opened the body of the victim on the floor, put the buckbbbbbbbbbbs in hand, etc., and kept the victim’s bucks up with his hand, and the bucks down on the floor became the victim’s bucks.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd another's structure managed by the defendant and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.
2. On February 20, 2020, the Defendant reported a mixed film in a theater 1 while eating a woman who reported the friend film at a mixed film theater around 23:45 on February 20, 2020 and entering the film theater as described in paragraph (1) managed by a person who is unable to know his/her name, and then making it difficult for the Defendant to commit an indecent act against the female.
