Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 High 323" is a person who drives the above vehicle as the owner of the B rocketing passenger car.

1. On May 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car owned by himself/herself under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.095% during blood while under the influence of alcohol leveling to the front road in front of the underground vehicular road located in the front area located in the front area of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, an unfuncing-si, at around 07:10 on May 21, 2017.

2. A person who violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Loss operates a motor vehicle which is not mandatory insurance on the road, but is not covered by mandatory insurance, at the same time and place as that of paragraph 1, the motor vehicle was operated by the motor vehicle owner.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing car, and is a holder of the said car.

1. Around 19:00 on June 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle with approximately KRW 1 km from May 22 to August 201, 2017, when the driver’s license was suspended (from May 22, 2017 to August 29, 2017) at around the same time from the 23-lane to the 5-20-day road at the same time from May 23, 201.

2. He/she shall be prohibited from operating any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above vehicle on the road which was not covered by mandatory insurance, such as paragraph (1).

The defendant of "2018 High 325" is a driver of B rocketing passenger car.

1. The same year from May 22, 2017 to the accused who has violated the Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) on roads;

8. Despite the 100-day license suspension period, around August 10, 2017, around 20:35, around August 10, 2017, around approximately 1.2 km from the officetel to the same road in the latter part of the same Maart.

2. The accused shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation.
