1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,889,00 and the interest rate thereon from July 11, 2019 to the date of full payment.

(However, pursuant to the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on May 14, 2019, the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum shall apply, and the claims exceeding the scope thereof shall be dismissed).
